We offer Red Cross sponsored swimming lessons in the late winter and during the summer. Fliers for these events go out to the local schools and are announced on our Facebook page.
We also offer a Lifeguard Training class to the public during the year. If you are interested in getting your name on a list for the next available LGT course, please contact the Lied Center for details. You must be at least 15 years old and have good swimming skills to participate in the Lifeguard Training class.
A Water Safety Instructor course, Lifeguard Training-First Aid/CPR for the Professional Rescuer renewal classes are offered to our Lifeguarding and Lied Center Staff members to further their aquatic training.
